NOTICE

The last day of order placement for eCabinet or Ricoh extended warrantees was Mar 31, 2008

In conjunction with Ricoh Americas, we are pleased to offer:


CONTINUING SUPPORT

Ricoh Limited Warranty
Ricoh's eCabinets are sold with a one year limited hardware warranty (48 hour repair or replace).
Ricoh will continue to honor this limited warranty for one year from the date of sale.
ISS LTD will continue to provide support for as long as there is customer need on a pay-as-you-go basis for time and materials.


Ricoh Extended Warranties
Ricoh will honor all outstanding extended warranties including hardware diagnostics support via telephone for the life of any existing contracts. Extended warranties are no longer available for purchase from Ricoh.
ISS LTD will continue to provide support for as long as there is customer need on a pay-as-you-go basis for time and materials.


Helpdesk Support
Ricoh will provide Tier I support through March 31, 2009.
Ricoh will provide Tier II and Tier III support through March 31, 2010.
ISS LTD will continue to provide Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III support for as long as there is customer need on a pay-as-you-go basis.


Parts Assured Availability
Ricoh will provide hardware replacement parts through September 31, 2009.
ISS LTD will continue to provide support for as long as there is customer need on a pay-as-you-go basis for time and materials.


Ricoh and/or ISS LTD reserve the right to discontinue any level of support prior to announced time frame in the event the respective entity can no longer provide the satisfactory level of support.
